producing that report with a query, please excluded Cancelled Orders...We had a bunch of orders which were all tests with zero revenue and/or 100% off coupon codes, and these are being counted.

I have to say, that with that bug, any automation that goes towards order sum, order count or any other loyalty metrics is actually not usable. That renders the whole buyer history data useless. Please fix that ASAP!

Dear all, right now cancelled order are being count to calculate reports, users RFM, Total number of orders and Total price amount for users. This it has not sense at all and please consider this bug fix request.
